Abstract
In this letter, a convenient and general approach is presented for analyzin g nonradiative dielectric (NRD)-guide leaky-wave antennas using the finite- element method (FEM) and perfectly matched layers (PMLs). A typical NRD-gui de leaky-wave antenna is calculated to confirm the validity of the proposed approach. (C) 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
