Abstract
Various spectroscopic methods and X-ray phase analysis were applied to stud y the distribution of copper(II) and lead(II) between the solution and the precipitate of (NH4)(2)Na[Rh(NO2)(6)] promising methods are proposed for fi ne purification of ammonium sodium hexanitrites of rhodium(III) acid iridiu m(III) to remove contaminants, irrespective of the mechanism of their ingre ss into crystalline phases.
