3,6-Di(diphenylamino)-9-alkylcarbazoles are found to constitute a novel fam
ily of hole-transporting amorphous molecular materials, as characterized by
differential scanning calorimetry and time of flight method. Hole drift mo
bility of the synthesized materials were in the range of 10(-4) to 10(-5) c
