Abstract
Experimental data on measuring the amounts of fullerene-containing soot dep osited in different areas of a fullerene are are obtained. It is shown that , relying on a fairly general model of the spectra of clusters, a simple ga s-dynamic model, and existing knowledge of the transformation stages of car bon clusters, the area of the are where fullerenes are produced can be dete rmined.
