Abstract
The Therapeutic Angiogenesis With Recombinant Fibroblast Growth Factor-2 fo r Intermittent Claudication (TRAFFIC) is a large, randomized, placebo-contr olled, regimen-finding trial of intra-arterial recombinant fibroblast growt h factor-2 in patients with intermittent claudication. This report describe s the major design considerations and end points in TRAFFIC.
