Abstract
A GDP-azasugar conjugate was synthesized starting from an enzymatically obt ained phosphorylated azasugar. It inhibits human fucosyltransferase V at mi cromolar concentrations, which is discussed in terms of transition state an alogy. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
