Abstract
We summarize our recent work on sonovoltammetric studies of adenine, g uanine, thymine, cytosine and their corresponding nucleosides and nucl eotides. Ultrasound is found to be an excellent tool to enhance the re liability of determinations of purine and pyrimidine derivatives and c an lead to improved analytical performance characteristics and lower d etection limits.
