THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF SOME NONELECTROLYTE SOLUTIONS DETERMINED AT INFINITE DILUTION BY GAS-CHROMATOGRAPHY .1. DISTRIBUTION CONSTANTS - RETENTION VOLUME
R. Vilcu et E. Puricel, THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF SOME NONELECTROLYTE SOLUTIONS DETERMINED AT INFINITE DILUTION BY GAS-CHROMATOGRAPHY .1. DISTRIBUTION CONSTANTS - RETENTION VOLUME, Revue Roumaine de Chimie, 42(3), 1997, pp. 163-172
The study represents the first part of a series of papers on physico-c
hemical measurements carried out by gas chromatography. The distributi
on constant, the liquid film surface areas, the retention volumes corr
ected for the adsorption at interface, and the quadratic equation that
describes the temperature dependence on retention volume for solutes
in n-octadecanol as stationary phase at 65-90 degrees C are presented.
