Abstract
A novel procedure for generating connectivity topological descriptors, denoted SP (subgraph property), is proposed according to the enumerat ive procedure of Wiener. It is exemplified for P being the number of v ertices in graph N, walk degree W-e, Randic index chi and Balaban inde x J. SP indices are tested about the correlation with some physico-che mical properties of octane isomers.
