Documentation in bronchology

With the performance of more endoscopic procedures and newly developed diag nostic and therapeutic modalities, a wealth of information around the actua l procedure is created. To date, accepted guidelines for standardized docum entation are lacking. The authors present recommendations for minimal guide lines that may help to facilitate good documentation and also address futur e developments that will be possible with the help of computer-assisted app roaches.
