This paper is concerned with a delay difference system

where k is a positive integer, and f is a signal transmission function of M
cCulloch-Pitts type. The difference system (*) can be regarded as the discr
ete analog of the artifical neural network of two neurons with McCulloch-Pi
tts nonlinearity. Some interesting results are obtained for the asymptotic
