Abstract
A novel 2/3 divider cell using a new phase switching technique is described . This circuit is very simple and could work under conditions of very high frequency and low power consumption. HSPICE simulation results show the pro posed 2/3 divider cell has excellent performance and could be applied to gi gahertz frequency range prescalers.
