Abstract
Mossbauer emission spectra of defect Sn-119 atoms arising from Sb-119 were measured in InSb, GaSb, CdSb, ZnSb, In2Te3, CdTe, and Ag2Te label ed with Sb-119 or its parent Te-119m. Together with the results of our previous studies, the isomer shifts of defect and normal Sn-119 were shown to correlate with the electronegativity of ligands from silver t o iodine.
