The rocket measurements of the electron concentration [e] in the ionospheri
c D region at the Volgograd midlatitude rocket site are analyzed. The [e] m
easured are compared with the parameters characterizing the dynamical proce
ss both directly at D-region heights and in the middle atmosphere. It has b
een shown that, via a dynamical process, a particular period (April-June) c
an be distinguished in the parameter seasonal variations, when the relation
s between various height regions are most clearly defined.
