Abstract
We report the case of newborn with multiple GI tract duplication cysts. Pre natal diagnosis was that of duodenal stenosis. A complete screening for pol ymalformative syndrome is required in the neonatal period and the authors i nsist on the importance of US and color Doppler US imaging.
