Abstract
Ultrasound is a routine imaging modality that is quite valuable to assess t he pediatr c abdomen. The objective of this article is to describe the sono graphic appearance of the pancreas and spleen in children. Our goal is to e mphasize normal Variants and specific pediatric diseases, even if some of t hem may be encountered in adults.
