Measurements of charged particle beams from plasma focus discharges

The article concerns studies of energetic ion beams and their correlation w ith pulsed relativistic electron beams. Time integrated measurements were p erformed with an ion pinhole camera equipped with solid state nuclear track detectors, and time resolved studies were carried out with a scintillation detector, allowing determination of the ion energy spectrum on the basis o f the time of flight technique.
