Abstract
A 13-year-old boy presented to the emergency room with headaches and ataxia , Imaging studies revealed a cerebellar hemorrhage within a posterior fossa tumor, The patient underwent complete resection of this lesion and made a full recovery. Microscopic examination of this lesion revealed a juvenile p ilocytic astrocytoma, Copyright (C) 2001 S. Karger AG, Basel.
