Vi. Marconi et D. Dominguez, Nonequilibrium transitions in fully frustrated Josephson junction arrays -art. no. 017004, PHYS REV L, 8701(1), 2001, pp. 7004-NIL_122
We study the effect of thermal fluctuations in a fully frustrated Josephson
junction array driven by a current I larger than the apparent critical cur
rent I-c(T). We calculate numerically the behavior of the chiral order para
meter of Z(2) symmetry and the transverse helicity modulus [related to the
U(1) symmetry] as a function of temperature. We find that the Z(2) transiti
on occurs at a temperature T-Z 2,(I) which is lower than the temperature T-
U(1)(I) for the U(I) transition. Both transitions could be observed experim
entally from measurements of the longitudinal and transverse voltages.
