We present initial results from a particle-based Monte Carlo simulation of
Wigner function evolution. The case of the single tunnel barrier is studied
by solving the Schrodinger equation, the Wigner distribution function, and
the new Monte Carlo procedure. Comparisons of the resulting densities are
presented along with a Bohm trajectory interpretation to validate the new m
