Rs. Iskhakov et al., Spin-wave spectroscopy study of spatial magnetization fluctuations in metastable nanocrystalline films of Fe-based alloys, PHYS SOL ST, 43(6), 2001, pp. 1108-1111
The spectrum of standing spin waves is investigated in nanocrystalline Fe f
ilms prepared by the pulsed plasma-spraying method. The dispersion relation
of these waves is determined in the wave-vector range (0.2-3.2) x 10(6) cm
(-1) and is found to be affected by spatial magnetization fluctuations 100
Angstrom in size. These fluctuations are supported as being due to the inho
mogeneous distribution of C atoms in the atomic structure of nanocrystallin
e Fe films. (C) 2001 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
