Abstract
The rhodium(I) complex of the novel meso-pentafluorophenylsapphyrin is obta ined in very high yield by oxidation of the corresponding open-chain pentap yrrole by iodine or oxygen, followed by metallation. (C) 2001 Elsevier Scie nce Ltd. All rights reserved.
