Hydatid cystin Douglas space broken in the bladder. Report of two cases.

The present study reported two cases of hydatid cystes localized in Douglas space and that broke in the bladder. The clinical course was characterized by urinary symptom-and by presence the cystes in urine. Abdominopelvic ult rasonography is essential for diagnosis and identification of other sites. When diagnosis is unclear, then CT scan plays a role. Therapy included cyst ectomy and pericystic resection in one case and intravecical injection of H 2O2 in the second case.
