Abstract
We report the first successful multiorgan kidney-pancreas and parathyr oid tissue transplant in a patient with autoimmune polyglandular syndr ome and medullary cystic disease. Successful transplantation included quadruple drug induction therapy consisting of antithymocyte globulin, azathioprine, cyclosporine and prednisone. All three grafts are funct ioning 2 yr after transplantation.
