Abstract
We present an accurate quadrature method for the evaluation of the generali zed Fermi-Dirac integral, which is based on splitting the range of integrat ion, Gauss-Legendre integration in the split intervals and correction for t he poles of the integration in the interval containing the real part of the poles of the integrand. The present method will work for any values of the parameters k, theta and eta of the integrand. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B. V. All rights reserved.
