We present an accurate quadrature method for the evaluation of the generali
zed Fermi-Dirac integral, which is based on splitting the range of integrat
ion, Gauss-Legendre integration in the split intervals and correction for t
he poles of the integration in the interval containing the real part of the
poles of the integrand. The present method will work for any values of the
