Abstract
The paper presents the effect of dramatic decrease of Antarctic O-3 concent ration on Li 6708 Angstrom line emission. Chemical kinetics of this line co nfirms that lithium emission will also be affected by O-3 depletion. Intens ity of the line is calculated theoretically for two Antarctic Survey Statio ns Bailey Bay (76 degrees S, 27 degreesW) and McMurdo (78 degrees S, 166 de grees E). Calculation shows that lithium line intensity of two Antarctic Su rvey Stations will also be depleted dramatically.
