Abstract
New stability criteria are provided for a class of uncertain linear time-de lay systems with time-varying delays. Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii function als combined with LMI techniques, simple and improved delay-dependent robus t stability criteria given in terms of quadratic forms of state and LMI are derived. Examples show the performance of the application of the results p resented.
