Metal hydride heat pump for watering systems

This work is devoted to the development of the metal hydride pump for raisi ng water from a well or other sources of water. The scheme of the device an d the results of mock-up tests are presented in the report. A Solar collect or serves as an energy source. The pump operates in an autonomous mode with out the consumption of electric power. It can have applications in irrigati on, for example, at country sites and for pumping of liquid.
