Abstract
The effect of hydrostatic pressure (P less than or equal to 12 kbar) o n the electrical properties of n-type Pb1-xSnxTe (x = 0.22) bombarded by electrons (T approximate to 300 K, E = 6 MeV, Phi = 7.7 x 10(17) cm (-2)) has been investigated. The restructuring of the energy spectrum of electron-irradiated alloys under pressure has been investigated. Th e parameters of a model of the energy spectrum of charge carriers in e lectron-irradiated n-type Pb1-xSnxTe (x = 0.22) have been determined o n the basis of the experimental data obtained.
