Abstract
This article addresses renal arterial and venous injuries. Surgical approac
hes and management of these injuries and physiologic implications of renal
blood flow are reviewed. Bypass versus nephrectomy and the difficult techni
cal decisions involved in renal arterial reconstruction are also discussed.
