Abstract
A continuous ''molded'' rod of porous poly(styrene-co-divinylbenzene) prepared by a bulk free radical polymerization within the confines of a chromatagraphic column has been used successfully for the reversed-p hase HPLC of alkylbenzenes and peptides. An excellent rapid separation of bradykinin and [D-Phe(7)]-bradykinin with a molecular mass of abou t 1000 was also achieved.
