Abstract
Equilibration of aromatic poly(ether sulfone)s and poly(ether ketone)s under conditions of fluoride-catalysed ether exchange leads, at low p olymer concentrations in dipolar aprotic solvents, to efficient ring-c losing depolymerisation.
