Abstract
We have investigated the substrate temperature effect on Structural an d morphological properties of thick layers deposited on glass substrat e by spray method. X-ray diffraction has shown that the In2S3 is the m ain phase present in these films and that the structure and the allotr opic form of this phase are affected by the substrate temperature. Ana lysis of these layers by Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM) and by A tomic Force Microscopy (AFM) revealed that a best crystallinity and ho mogeneity are approximately obtained for T-s = 613 K.
