Abstract
In these lectures we apply the method of causal perturbation theory to Yang-Mills theories with massive vector bosons. We show how the diffe rential property of the BRS-charge leads to the introduction of scalar gauge fields. The general relationship between gauge invariance and u nitarity is pointed out in detail by using Krein space techniques.
