Abstract
We present a new method of discretization which does not localize only in the physical space, but in the cotangent fiber bundle. When we app ly it to the scattering problem in frequency domain, we are able to co nstruct an approximation of the integral equation operator, whose accu racy increases with the frequency and whose algorithmic complexity is drastically reduced, compared to the one of classical finite-element m ethods.
