Abstract
The aim of this paper is to provide an assessment of the state-of-the- art technologies that can be used for monitoring and evaluating demand -side management (DSM) programs. Additionally, we point out research, development, and demonstration projects where implementation can contr ibute to a more accurate and cost-effective evaluation of the performa nce of end-use technologies.
