Hadron supersymmetry is used to obtain estimates of the masses of some
exotic hadrons within the framework of the constituent quark model. S
upersymmetry breaking is explicitly taken into account. The exotic mas
ses are predicted from the masses of ordinary mesons and baryons as in
put with no free parameters. Most of the predicted exotics lie well ab
ove threshold for strong decay into ordinary hadrons, and so will be d
ifficult to observe. One of the unbound exotics is the so-called H dib
aryon, composed of uuddss quarks. In the model a few exotics containin
g b quarks may be bound against strong decay and so decay weakly.
