Abstract
Technical type testing of a data sampling and registration device for milk heating equipment, version 'Stand-alone' (Tetra Pak GmbH, Glinde, Germany) has furnished proof that this device meets the demands of th e German milk ordinance and the technical guidelines. It is therefore suited for being used in dairies for heat equipment control.
