Abstract
The Electron Energy Loss Fine Structure (EELFS) method allows to obtai n the information on surface local atomic structure Al-20%Ag alloy was taken as an investigation object because it is a well-known model all ay in ageing processes. Partial atomic radial distribution functions ( RDF) were obtained in frame of the regular algorithm by solving invers e quasibinary problem. The comparison between the experimental partial atomic RDFs (regularization method), model ones and RDFs obtained by the Fourier-transform method was performed Model RDFs were obtained fo r the well determined hcp structure of gamma - phase.
