Abstract
A 35-year-old woman with clinical features of Budd-Chiari syndrome is presented. Abdominal ultrasonography, computed tomography, and venogra phy disclosed that the venous congestion in this patient resulted from complex venous anomalies including azygos-hemiazygos continuation, ab sent superior hepatic veins, and retroaortic transposition of the left renal vein.
