Abstract
The computed tomographic (CT) findings of extensive visceral calcifica tion involving both the liver and spleen in a patient with primary amy loidosis are presented. Although the CT imaging appearances of amyloid osis are often nonspecific, visceral calcification represents an impor tant diagnostic clue for differentiating this entity from other infilt rative parenchymal diseases.
