Abstract
Since the late 1980s, when Src-homology SH2 and SH3 domains were ident ified, the repertoire of non-catalytic signalling domains has increase d to number over 30. As it is expected that further regulatory domains shall be found, unravelling the complex network of their interactions remains an on-going challenge.
