Abstract
Features of diffuse X-ray scattering by Langmuir-Blodgett films are di scussed. A lateral correlation length 2L congruent-to 1.7 mum in a 30- layer film of octafluoroamylacrylate methacrylic acid copolymer is det ermined by the positions of additional fringes in the diffuse scatteri ng pattern.
