Abstract
Through theoretical derivation, the vacuum configuration of the biloca l field in CCM is equivalent to dynamical mass of quarks. Under the ap proximation of instanton dilute liquid, an analytical expression for t he vacuum configuration is obtained. Based on it,the decay constants a nd masses of pi and sigma mesons are calculated. The results are much more improved than those given by the previous GCM calculations.
