Abstract
The time behavior of the reaction front between initially separated re actants of the diffusion-limited reaction A+B-->C in a one-dimensional system is studied by means of a stochastic approach, The asymptotic r esults of this scheme give a rather good agreement with simulations re garding the time power indexes of scaling for the height and width of the distribution of C particles.
