Abstract
The paper documents horizontal drilling results and side-tracking oper ations in virtually non-flowing wells. The goal is to recover addition al, challenging reserves in Udmurtia. Performance of new horizontal we lls is compared with that of nearby vertical wells and future proposal s are generated.
