Abstract
Pulmonary artery thrombosis caused by giant cell arteritis is an extre mely rare condition. We report the case of an 86-year-old woman, who w as hospitalized for dyspnea. Pulmonary artery thrombosis was confirmed by pulmonary angiogram and was linked to giant cell arteritis. This o bservation is accompagnied by a discussion of the literature.
