A new method far analysis of the experimental data of the impedance sp
ectroscopy is presented. The method is based on the assumption of a lo
cal operating model. Using the derivatives of the impedance with respe
ct to frequency, the model parameters and their effective time-constan
ts are calculated for each frequency. The analytical equations are use
d as a moving estimator over the entire frequency range. Important pro
perties of the studied system can be derived.
