Abstract
We describe a simple and effective device that is useful in reducing c ardiac motion, enabling the surgeon to perform a precise direct left i nternal mammary artery anastomosis to the left anterior descending cor onary artery on a beating heart. (C) 1997 by The Society of Thoracic S urgeons.
