Abstract
We investigate the relationship between the peripheral spectrum of a p ositive operator T on a Banach lattice E and the peripheral spectrum o f the operators S dominated by T, that is, \Sx\ less than or equal to T\x\ for all x is an element of E. This can be applied to obtain inher itance results for asymptotic properties of dominated operators.
